Who sells what to whom

This document covers the purchase of one digital product: extended access to a temperament test result taken on this site, meaning the closed sections of that result together with a written analysis of it.

The seller is the operator of this site, named in the details at the foot of this page. Payment is taken by the payment service shown at checkout. Where that service acts as merchant of record for your region, the billing contract for the payment is concluded with it and its terms cover invoicing and any applicable tax; the product itself is produced and delivered by the seller either way.

What the product is

The base result is free and stays free: the formula, the portrait, the eight scales, what stands out in your profile and the two axes open to everyone with no account and no payment.

What is sold is the depth of that same result. One payment opens six readings on the areas of life where temperament shows, the scale library written against your own numbers, and a written analysis produced for your profile. All of it is built from one specific result and belongs to that result alone.

What the payment opens and what it costs are shown on the result page before you pay. The written analysis is produced by a language model from your profile, meaning your eight scale values and the shape they make, and it answers the questions you were shown before payment.

How the agreement is made

Paying is your acceptance of these terms in full.

By paying you confirm that you have read them, that you agree to them, and that you want production of the analysis to start immediately rather than after a waiting period.

Price and payment

The price is shown before payment and is final for that purchase. Prices can differ by region, and the one displayed to you at checkout is the one that applies.

Payment is a single charge made on the secure page of the payment service. Card details are entered there: the seller neither receives nor stores them.

The receipt or invoice is issued by the payment service and sent to the email address you entered.

Delivery

As soon as the payment is confirmed, the closed sections of your result open. The written analysis is produced automatically straight after and usually needs another minute or two.

What you bought opens on the result page and through a personal access link, which is also sent to the email address you entered.

The product counts as delivered, and the service as performed, at the moment the paid sections become available to you through that access link.

Digital content and the right of withdrawal

The analysis is digital content made to order from one person's result. It fits nobody else and cannot be resold.

By paying you expressly ask for performance to begin at once and you acknowledge that, where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, for example the fourteen day right for consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, that right falls away once delivery of the digital content has started. This does not touch the refund cases below.

Where the payment runs through a service acting as merchant of record, that company's own terms and refund policy also apply to the payment side of the transaction.

Refunds

Technical failure. If the paid sections never opened, or the analysis could not be produced and repeated attempts did not fix it, you get the whole amount back.

Double payment or a payment made by mistake. Refunded in full while the analysis has not yet been delivered.

A complaint about the content. The analysis is generated automatically and is not professional advice, so a gap between its conclusions and your expectations is not by itself a ground for a refund. If it arrives empty, cut off, or in the wrong language, write to us and we will either produce it again or return the money.

Deadline for a refund request: fourteen days from the date of payment. Write to the support address in the seller details and give the date of payment and the email address used for the purchase. We answer within ten days, and money goes back the way it came.

How long what you bought stays open

The seller guarantees access to what you bought for two months from the day of payment: through that window it opens from your access link, short of something happening to the site itself.

After that we keep it as long as we reasonably can, at our discretion and subject to storage. Save or print what you bought while it is open, because that copy no longer depends on us.

What the analysis is not

The paid sections and the written analysis are informational. They are not a medical opinion, not a psychological diagnosis and not professional advice, and they must not be used to decide about hiring, admission or screening.

The test measures ordinary traits in ordinary people. Decisions you take about your own life after reading it remain yours.

Personal data

To deliver what you bought the seller needs your email address and your test result. The language model receives only an anonymous profile: the eight scale values, the temperament shares, and your sex and age if you gave them.

What is collected, how long it is held and how to have it erased are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Other terms

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the seller is established. That does not strip a consumer of the mandatory protections of their own country of residence.

The seller may update these terms. The version in force at the moment of your payment is the one that applies to your purchase, and the date of the current version sits at the bottom of this page.
