Contact
There is one address and a person reads it. Below is what to write and what to attach, so the answer comes back on the first exchange instead of the third.
Where to write
Write to the support address in the details at the foot of this page. It is the same address for everything: payments, data, an error in a text, research, anything else.
We answer in the language you wrote in when we can manage it, and in English when we cannot. It usually takes a day or two, and in a busy week rather longer. If a week goes by in silence, send it again: a spam filter somewhere between us is the usual explanation.
There is no contact form here on purpose. A form would mean one more anti spam service watching you, and an address does the same job without it.
If it is about a payment
Give us enough to find the purchase without a second round of letters.
- The date of the payment, and roughly the time if you remember it.
- The email address you typed at checkout, if it differs from the one you are writing from.
- The access link to your result, if you still have it.
- What you actually see: the sections stayed shut, the analysis is empty, the page keeps waiting.
We never ask for card numbers, codes from your bank, or your password, and we never write first asking for any of them. A letter that does is not from us.
If you want your data erased
Ask us to delete your account with everything attached to it and we will. What is stored and for how long is in the Privacy Policy.
If the result was taken without an account, attach its link. An anonymous record carries nothing else that could tell us which one is yours, and we would rather ask than guess.
Mistakes, sources and research
If a number or a sentence here looks wrong, write and say where. We check it, fix what needs fixing, and move the date at the top of that page so you can see the text moved.
Questions about the item bank, the scales and how the scoring works are welcome from teachers, students and researchers. We are glad to explain how the model is put together and where the tradition behind it comes from.
Partnership, translation and press go to the same address. Say plainly what you are proposing in the first message.
What we cannot do by email
We cannot read your profile and interpret it personally in a letter. That is what the result page and the extended access are for, and doing it by hand for one person would be a worse version of both.
We cannot give medical or psychological advice, and we cannot assess anyone for hiring, admission or screening. The test was not built for that.
We cannot find a result whose link is lost. Results are stored without names, so there is no way to prove which anonymous record is yours, and taking somebody's word for it would be the more dangerous mistake.
If things are bad right now and you need help urgently, please call your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country. This site cannot help with that, and we would rather say so plainly than leave you waiting for a reply.
